Shrunken Blazer

I often wear a blazer to work, but I have found that the sleeves on all of the blazers I buy are way too long. After spending money on a nice blazer I am resistant to taking it to a tailor (I know, I should just spend the money and have properly fitting clothing) so instead, I usually fold over the ends, if there is a nice pattern on the lining, or push them back up to my elbows. Then, after about 15 minutes the sleeve fabric falls back down, I push it back up, and the process repeats.

Enter the shrunken blazer - in this case, with 3/4 sleeves, which hit my arm right about the spot I usually push my sleeves to.
Problem solved.

This blazer is navy and has a faint vertical stripe pattern. I tried to mirror the stripe by pairing it with this silk blouse, which also has a ribbon of color that runs vertically alongside the buttons. In addition to the fact that I love that it fit straight off the rack, this blazer has an interior pocket, the perfect size for a cell phone, which is tops in my book.
