Floral Pick-Me-Up

I woke up in a bad mood this morning. I was sleepy, my head hurt, and I didn't want to go to work. However, then I got out of bed and realized that I have a closet full of beautiful clothes, and so it can't really be all that bad. 

I picked this blazer in order to will myself into a good mood. I'll tell you what - it worked.

...true. Definitely true.

I think a printed blazer is something where preference really can fall along gender lines. I had three women in my office tell me they loved this print. I had two men say "wow, look at that print" which, based on tone, was not a compliment. I belted the blazer to add a little emphasis to my waist, and because the color of this belt was a perfect match. I'll definitely keep this blazer in mind for the next time I need a little mood boost.
